I particularly enjoy working with tweens/teens (ages 11+) and young adults from the LGBTQIA2S+ community struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, identity related issues, family conflict, suicidality, and more.

I became a therapist to support others, particularly teens and young adults, on their journey through life, inspired by my own mental health journey and the power of therapy in my own life.
