I work with individuals aged 11+ dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, gender/sexuality struggles, body image issues, chronic pain, family issues, etc. My intersectional approach integrates various techniques for empathetic and tailored care.

I became a therapist to support others on their healing journey, inspired by my own mental health journey and the power of therapy in my life.

I offer services in-person, in the coziest office in all of Minneapolis, or via telehealth. I am available on Saturdays as well as weekdays!
