I particularly enjoy working with tweens/teens (ages 12+) and young adults from the LGBTQIA2S+ community struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, identity related issues, family conflict, suicidality, chronic pain/illness and more.

I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves a space where they are truly seen, affirmed, and supported—particularly LGBTQIA+ teens and young adults—as they navigate the complexities of identity, relationships, and growing up in a world that isn’t always affirming or safe.

I’m not just here as a therapist—I’m here as a queer woman and an avid learner who is constantly growing alongside my clients. I bring lived experiences, deep empathy, and an intimate understanding of what it means to feel invisible or pressured to shrink yourself to fit into systems that weren’t built for you.
