My style of therapy is conversational because it's important to get to know a person before trying to diagnose them! My treatment approach includes psychotherapy, vitamins/supplements and/or medications. I partner with my clients. Listening is key!

My specialties are PTSD, postpartum depression & weight management. We also have a comprehensive adult ADHD program including psychological testing.

I became a therapist because I absolutely love helping people become the best version of themselves.
