Often clients are stuck in similar patterns that replay over and over again, despite the desire for change. We will address the wounds, traumas, or disconnections that have created these patterns, creating a chance for legitimate, long term change.

My goal is to create a comfortable, trusting space in which you feel safe and validated. I strive to educate, equip, and empower my clients.

The brokenness in individuals and families is evident in our world. My mission in life is to heal some of that pain and prevent it passing along.

My primary specialties include trauma treatment with EMDR and Gottman therapy for couples, both evidence based practices that have demonstrated efficacy in their respective categories.
