I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to grow up in chaos—marked by poverty, dysfunction, and survival. Therapy was the first place I felt safe and seen. I chose this work to offer others what I needed: someone honest, compassionate, and steady in a world that often feels overwhelming.

I offer a grounded, psychodynamic and Jungian approach that blends deep exploration with practical skill-building. Together we uncover patterns, explore the unconscious, and build insight—while also focusing on motivation and growth. I help clients connect the dots, shift stuck narratives, and move forward with purpose and clarity.
