I don't want this to be a space where we come to deal with ourselves, but that we come to find ways of loving ourselves. Just as we want to be compassionate counsel to our friends, I want to promote a compassionate relationship with ourselves.

I have experience with folks dealing with struggles related to Anxiety, Depression, grief, bipolar, ADHD, Autism Spectrum, and significant life events. However, every person is slightly different! Mental health comes in all shapes and sizes.
