I check my ego at the door- I don't pretend to be God or Yoda. However I do know some things. I am very direct- something traditionalist therapist tend to frown on- and my goal is for progress and change to occur.

I am in the process of onboarding more insurance companies. I offer Telehealth and (in-person- beginning July 2025). I take HSA or FSA, and offer a sliding scale.
