Clients have often described me as creating an open and warm atmosphere to share their unique stories. But fear not! Expect delicate and challenging nudges toward personal awareness and growth intertwined throughout the therapeutic experience.

I believe each individual has an inner wisdom and intuition, and with the support of the therapeutic relationship, can create space to tap into this knowledge of self, connection with others, and meaning within the world.

I work with adult individuals and couples age 18+ and facilitate group therapy sessions. My therapy specialties include self-esteem, trauma, women’s issues, codependency and relationship concerns, and coping skills.

My passion and drive of knowledge for the therapy field began as a young adult searching for a greater understanding of myself and others around me.

I offer therapy services virtually for the convenience it provides to clients who may not have the means and/or time to commute.

Internal therapy work deserves space, compassion, and curiosity along with the understanding that there will be ebbs and flows in our journeys. I view clients as the masters of their internal world, and I am simply a guide toward resolution.
