Something to know about my approach is:

I am easygoing and all about helping you feel secure in our therapy. Your goals guide our time together. When it comes to trauma healing, I don't believe you have to discuss all the details or even really remember the trauma to heal from it.

work to find what you're looking for. We'll explore the ways past relationships and wounds are continuing to impact you, and in doing so, help you take your life back. My approach seeks to get to the root of the issue--not just cover it all up.

I specialize in working with people who:

are ready for a change. They're at a point where they're tired of settling and something needs to give. I work with young professionals and youth around issues like trauma, anxiety, perfectionism, and just wanting something more for themselves.

I became a therapist because:

I passionately want to help people recover - I don't want people to suffer. I understand first-hand how scary therapy can be.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I'm completely virtual, but many of my clients actually prefer it! There's something comforting about sessions in the safety of your home.
