Explore whatever it is you are struggling with. At 59 years-old there isn't much that shocks me and will never judge. I will lovingly challenge thoughts beliefs and actions that have not been serving you well, to uncover those that serve you better!

I specialize in working with people who:

Struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma and other mental health diagnoses that have been long overdue in addressing. It's ok to have struggles, but what's not ok is for you to continue to suffer with those struggles alone and without guidance.

I became a therapist because:

Someone once offered me the gift of hope and a way to realize my authentic self -- I want to give others that same gift. Corny, but true :)

I will probably ask you to explore things that push you out of your comfort zone, while keeping you safe. If you are uncomfortable, you are growing and changing -- and that is the ultimate goal when the status quo is too painful or unbearable.
