Having my own late-diagnosed AuDHD journey, I know how exhausting it is to try to fit into traditional, unstructured systems. I wanted to create a space that cuts through the clinical noise, honors your unique wiring, and delivers fast, evidence-based relief without the endless small talk.

I'm a board-approved clinical supervisor for training therapists and hope to train my puppy to be a therapy-assisting dog!
