want to go beyond talk or behavior therapy and into the dynamics where healing happens. I work with adults (all ages) who are intrigued by the nervous system as root for anxiety, depression, c-PTSD, chronic pain, addictions, parenting, or partnering.

In virtual sessions, we utilize all of the same healing techniques as in-office. The Big Lake office easily accommodates families and group programs.
