Alexis Shorter

My name is Alexis Shorter, LCSW. My approach is trauma-informed and includes CBT. I offer a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen and heard. Together, we explore pain, rediscover strengths, and work toward meaningful change. I provide a grounded, compassionate presence for those facing PTSD, depression, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm.
