My approach to goal setting is active listening to the client's concerns and perspectives, assessing the most appropriate interventions with the client, working with the client to identify what needs to be accomplished.

In every session, I create a warm, therapeutic, and trusting environment. My communication style is calm with positive energy and accommodating.

I've been a therapist for more than 20 years. The desire to assist individuals to become change agents has attracted me to the career as a therapist.

I work with adults and adolescents and specialize in grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, oppositional behaviors, and ADHD. I used various evidence-based interventions according to the specific needs of the client.
