My work sits at the intersection of three areas I care deeply about: supporting college students, working with neurodivergent individuals, and helping men navigate pornography use and sexual integrity. Across all three, I find the same core struggles: shame, self-doubt, and a sense of being fundamentally misunderstood.

Together we will find ways for your brain to work FOR you instead of against you. I aim to give clients the skills and confidence to experience the whole range of human emotion without life-altering distress. Whether that is building new boundaries, addressing intrusive thoughts, or renewing self-care and fulfillment, we put your healing and growth first.

I’ve been called a “goofballl with a heart of gold.” I am laidback and approachable, and sometimes a little bit silly. I also tend to join my clients in normalizing and expressing their emotions. Whether we laugh together, cry together, or rage together, I like to meet you where you are at.

My clients are often college students trying to survive an environment not built for their brain, neurodivergent adults finally making sense of a lifetime of "why is this so hard for me?", and those quietly ashamed of sexual behaviors they can't seem to stop on their own. What unites them is that shame, and the exhaustion of trudging through life alone.

I have experienced both the highs and lows of meeting with mental health professionals. As a neurodivergent clinician, I wanted to create a space where others felt seen, understood, and comfortable. My Christian faith empowers me to show love, compassion, and care for all, and becoming a clinical psychologist is one of the many ways I try to do that!

I am based in the St. Louis suburbs, but with PSYPACT authorization can see clients via telehealth in 43 US states. I just launched my solo private practice in 2026 after previous work in group private practice and forensic competency restoration. My training background is deeply rooted in treating college-aged youth, trauma, and community mental health.
