My approach is compassionate and person-centered, walking alongside clients in every stage of their healing and growth journey. I believe a trusting and vulnerable therapeutic relationship is critical to implementing evidence-based therapy models, so my therapy tends to start with building genuine human connection. I’ve been called a “goofballl with a heart of gold.” I am laidback and approachable, and sometimes a little bit silly. I also tend to join my clients in normalizing and expressing their emotions. Whether we laugh together, cry together, or rage together, I like to meet you where you are at.
