I tend to see clients for a while. I would say that most clients enjoy building a relationship and working through life issues as they come to them. Most clients are seen for at least 6 months to a year.

Learn life skills around relationships, boundaries, dealing with high emotions and learning to self validate and stand up for yourself while getting your needs met.

The book Boundaries and being put in therapy at the age of 17 and being validated and normalized.

Blue Springs is not hard to get to from many of the Kansas City Metro Areas. We also offer Telehealth to Missouri, Arkansas and Kansas states
