Very insightful, approachable, and humorous. I have an excellent blend to understand the core areas that clients are experiencing. Still, I also communicate therapy in a way that allows clients to understand what they are saying to themselves in the space. I make therapy as relaxed and comfortable as possible.

There is a curiosity about the world, and who they want to become in the process of it. The clients I support discuss the value of understanding their self-identity and self-worth without being concerned about the thoughts of others. Although they tend to pour from an empty cup, they want to take the initiative to understand themselves better.

I saw that people needed to understand the depth of what it means to have meaningful conversations. Since that's been the core of who I am as a person, I wanted to transfer that into the mental health space to give people the courage to take risks and learn how to have safe, supportive, and purposeful conversations without fear of judgment.

I discuss personal values with clients, so I employ an integrative approach to explore the scope of who they are and consider how their personal experiences can lead them to find the answers they have been searching for. My inspiration came from my grandma, and I understood how incorporating aspects of the past and present can lead to a brighter future.
