I use primarily an integrative approach in my practice that incorporates the types of therapy listed. I am not certified in any of the types. In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and begin discussing therapeutic goals. I recommend you come with at least some idea of what you would like to address in session.

Identify your goals and strengths. One of the things I find the most helpful for my clients is getting to a place where you can believe in yourself and your ability to grow and change.

An active listener and compassionate about helping others by providing them a safe space to express themselves.

Are LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent.

Ahri (my therapy dog) will be present. She is a 5-year-old, 15-pound Shiba Inu. She is not certified as a therapy dog, but she has graduated from obedience training and has been a positive addition to my practice.
