I'm a down-to-earth, authentic, and compassionate counselor who loves helping people succeed in their goals!

My approach is collaborative and direct. I teach tangible coping skills you can use outside of therapy and recommend materials I think will help clients succeed. You are the expert on your life and know what you want, I am here to help you get there!

Together, we will work out a plan that best fits you and set achievable steps to get there. We will build a strong therapeutic relationship that allows room for growth in all areas of life and I will offer unconditional support on your journey.

I specialize in working with various forms of anxiety, depression and trauma, including complex trauma and PTSD. I also help with porn/sex addiction and the other side of that, partner betrayal. My goal is to help clients heal from their pain.

I have been on the other side of therapy and greatly benefitted from it. I want to provide the same type of good experience!

I offer the option of therapy from the comfort of your own home/office! Need to see me on a lunch break but don't have time to commute? Not a problem!

As the name of my practice implies, I would like to help people achieve peace and calm in their lives. I am down to earth and not judgmental, meaning no subject is off the table.
