I am highly relational and interactive. I engage you exactly where you are and work with you on getting where you want to go. I tend to help people move from their thoughts to their feelings so that they can emotionally process their lives. People often say that I help them understand themselves and their own thoughts better.

Together we will come up with a set of goals you want to achieve, even if the goal is just to "feel better." We will look at the stories of your life and how they have come to shape who you are. We will work together on processing your emotions, understanding them, and using them to benefit your life rather than hold you back.
