I'm Kate, and I help women like you— smart, compassionate, and deeply tired—find their way back to themselves. My approach is trauma informed and relational. I believe healing happens in honest, attuned connection. You don’t have to perform wellness for me. You get to bring all of you—messy, magnificent, uncertain, sacred.

Tune back into your body, rediscover your dreams and passions and start loosing the grip of the trauma that's clinging to you. So you can get into your life, rather than feeling like you're living in a glass box in the middle of it. Also, I anticipate we will cry together at times but we will also laugh together, too!
