I am a person-centered therapist, believing that you are the expert on your life and my goal is to help you find your strengths. Using unconditional, positive regard, I meet you where you are and help you find the path to your goals.

Work to discover your goals if you don't know what they are. And if you know what your goals are then I'll help you figure out the path to get there.

I specialize in working with people who:

I am Autistic/ ADHD and love to help my fellow neurodivergent folx. I am also a proud pansexual who loves to help those in the LGBTQIA community. I also have loads of experience helping people with depression and anxiety.

I became a therapist because:

Having experienced trauma myself, what drives me in this career is the desire to help others heal; to show them that healing is possible.
