Chelsea Testorff

Together, we’ll look at what’s been weighing on you and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. We’ll set goals specifically for you and what you need from therapy. We'll make room for difficult conversations, laughter, awkward moments, and anything else that comes up along the way.

My clients describe me as warm, open, and easy to talk to. I’ll sit with you through difficult moments and offer honest feedback on what I’m noticing. I want you to feel supported, and I’ll also gently challenge you when it may help you move forward.

The first session is a get-to-know-you session. We'll touch on some of your background information, discuss your goals and what's bringing you to therapy, and complete a couple of assessments so I can get to know you better.

I became a therapist because I had an amazing therapist of my own during one of the darkest periods of my life. They helped me feel supported, heard, and less alone as I found my way to a better place. That experience inspired me to become a therapist and offer that same kind of support to others.

Outside of work, I’m a mom, a dog mom to two, and happily remarried to my wonderful husband. I enjoy spending time with my family, reading romance novels, and going to concerts whenever I can. I’m also grateful to work at a practice that truly wants its therapists to succeed and provides incredible support along the way.
