I approach therapy as a human first, bringing compassion and transparency to the process. I don't believe in magic "fixes," but I do believe in the power of meaningful collaboration. I work with people ready to stop feeling being held back by their past, culture, or societal norms; and who are ready to live boldly and authentically.

My goal is for you to feel grounded, seen, and connected—both in your relationships and within yourself. You’ve spent your life taking care of everyone else; now it’s your turn.

I provide individual therapy for clients navigating adulthood after intergenerational trauma, dysfunctional family dynamics, and high expectations. I specialize in supporting those who feel pressured to always be "fine" and reliable for everyone else, while secretly feeling completely unseen.
