I can't tell you what's right or wrong for you, but I can help you navigate the most difficult times and discover your own wisdom

Together we will be curious, ask questions, and be open to what comes up. With plenty of compassion and without judgment or blame, we will navigate the challenges that impact you most. Along the way we'll discover joy you didnt know was possible and connections you didnt know were waiting for you. We might even laugh a bit while we're at it!

I specialize in working with people who have experienced early, complex trauma from damaging family dynamics,abuse, neglect or other adverse experiences. I also treat acute PTSD, anxiety disorders, depression, addictions, relationship issues and a general pattern of struggling to find peace and purpose in life
