The first two sessions are more structured; then we transition to more present-moment work. We focus on building rapport and gathering information. I conduct an intake interview to build a foundation, and you tell me what you want and hope for in the future. Together, we decide how we want to continue working together and highlight what matters most.

Watching my younger brother navigate ADHD and the mistreatment we both experienced ignited my passion to create spaces where people can belong as their genuine selves. Like my theater background, I wanted to support healing through connection—helping those who've been misunderstood finally feel seen and heard.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified NARM Therapist, and 3C Activation® ADHD Coach in Missoula, MT. I offer trauma-informed, affirming care in-person and online across Montana. Free 30-min consultations available. Outside sessions, I enjoy time with loved ones, spinning, gardening, and good tea or coffee.
