Most sessions begin with "What do you want for yourself today?" This collaborative process centers your agency. You lead, I bring structure and curiosity. I'll check in often and ask consent before going further, so you're never pushed beyond what feels right. We build momentum without overwhelming your nervous system.

Slow down and explore the moments you usually breeze past—automatic thoughts, body sensations, patterns. We'll get curious about the "why" behind what keeps you stuck, define what you want more of, and find practical tools you can use right away. The goal: feel grounded, supported, and trust you can handle what comes your way.

They value the collaborative approach and that I "get it" as someone who is neuro-spicy myself and understands navigating a world built differently.

Look "fine" on the outside but feel overwhelmed or never good enough inside. I work with students and professionals struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, ADHD, and neurodivergence. My clients have often been told they're "too much" or "too sensitive" and are ready to stop masking and live more authentically.

Watching my younger brother navigate ADHD and the mistreatment we both experienced ignited my passion to create spaces where people can belong as their genuine selves. Like my theater background, I wanted to support healing through connection—helping those who've been misunderstood finally feel seen and heard.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified NARM Therapist, and 3C Activation® ADHD Coach in Missoula, MT. I offer trauma-informed, affirming care in-person and online across Montana. Free 30-min consultations available. Outside sessions, I enjoy time with loved ones, spinning, gardening, and good tea or coffee.
