My aim in therapy is to give clients the tools to be able to independently manage feelings of anxiety and depression, as well as lessen the frequency, duration, and intensity of anxiety and depression in a client's life.

Establish realistic goals aimed at improving your mental health. I believe goal setting is an important component of meaningful treatment. Goal setting should be client-driven and used to guide the therapeutic process.

I typically work with clients ages 12 to 25 years old who are experiencing depression, stress, or anxiety. This can sometimes be related to school stressors, peer/social relationships, family dynamics, or other topics.
