Many people who seek support are carrying pressure from expectations at home, school, work, or within competitive environments. Because of this, my work often includes teens and adults who navigate high-performance spaces, including athletes who want a place to breathe, refocus, and feel grounded. My client's describe me as approachable and encouraging.

People of all backgrounds, teens, adults, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community are welcomed and supported here. I specialize in working with people who are carrying a lot, whether that's pressure, expectations, or big transitions, and want a space to feel supported and slow down.
