I have an eclectic approach, some of which include mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing.

I work in unison with my client to establish appropriate and attainable goals.

I have a calm and relaxed environment. I believe in meeting a person "where they are at” because it helps determine the direction of the their goals.

I work with adolescents and adults. I work a lot with anxiety, stress, trauma and substance abuse.

My journey is special to me because after years of dreaming about becoming a therapist, I made it happen. I achieved my goal!
