Together, we will work to identify your strengths and get you back to your higher self with balance. We will use a client-centered and strength-based approach to address the needs of your mental health.

I am easy to warm up to and very relatable. Clients enjoy my non-judgmental nature.

I specialize in working with teens and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and negative self concept.

I became a therapist because I wanted to assist with fighting against the stigma in black, brown & marginalized communities. It is my passion to educate and help as many people of color as I can to sustain a health mental state.

At this time, I only provide services through telehealth.
