I work with people who've spent their whole lives managing everyone else's emotions while losing themselves in the process. My approach is body-first, grounded in Polyvagal Theory and somatic awareness, because real change doesn't start with thinking differently. It starts with feeling safe enough in your own body to finally hear your own voice.

Together we will slow down enough to hear what your body has been trying to tell you. We'll identify where you've been overriding your own signals to keep the peace, and build a new relationship with yourself, one where your needs aren't negotiable, and your nervous system finally gets the message: you're safe enough to stop surviving and start living.

My clients describe me as the therapist who sees straight through the mask, but makes it feel safe to take it off. I'm warm, direct, and I won't let you stay comfortable in patterns that keep you small. You'll feel held, but you'll also feel challenged to stop performing and start choosing yourself. I'm not here to fix you. I'm here to bring you home.
