My goal is to make the experience as easy to engage in as possible. I typically work from a strength-based and trauma-focused approach to treatment that are rooted in attachment-based, psychodynamic and person-centered modalities.

Together we will explore the manner in which the client best understands themselves, their challenges and the world around them. My goal is to help each client "connect their dots." That can look differently for each person.

I am known to be energetic and animated when I am speaking. I try to create a relaxed environment where my clients can feel both safe and heard.

My specialization is working with complex traumas such as sexual abuse, intimate partner violence, and with those who have sexually offended against others.
