We will work at your pace. When I meet clients where they are at it means moving at their pace but also providing guidance to help move forward even when that can sometimes be uncomfortable. As I often say, "if we aren't challenging ourselves, we aren't changing ourselves".

I'm grounded & down to earth. I'm easy to talk to, but also direct. I facilitate a safe space with boundaries, structure, empathy, & reflective listening.

I've worked for a medication assisted treatment agency, a harm reduction agency & provided treatment in rural areas of NV, a behavioral health hospital, & agencies that worked with the justice system. Versed in PHP, IOP, group and individual therapy. I provide therapy virtually in Nevada and Illinois.
