I believe healing goes deeper than understanding why you feel the way you do. As an EMDR Certified Therapist, I help adults and couples heal trauma, attachment wounds, and painful relationship patterns. My approach is warm, collaborative, and human, with space for vulnerability, authenticity, and humor.

Together, we’ll uncover the patterns keeping you stuck, understand where they came from, and create new ways of relating to yourself and others. We’ll work toward healing old wounds, building self-trust, feeling more secure in your relationships, and creating meaningful change that you can actually feel, not just understand.

I specialize in working with adults and couples navigating childhood or relational trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, shame, people-pleasing, and relationship struggles who want to heal old wounds, build self-trust, and create healthier, more secure relationships.

I became a therapist because I know how powerful it can be to truly feel seen and understood. I met my first therapist in 7th grade, and the way he made me feel seen and heard stayed with me. That experience first inspired me to become a therapist and create that same kind of meaningful, supportive space for others.

My practice focuses on helping adults and couples heal from trauma, attachment wounds, and painful relationship patterns. As an EMDR Certified Therapist with training in Attachment-Focused EMDR and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples, I help clients get beneath the surface to create deeper, lasting change with warmth, authenticity, and humor.
