I have a masters in counseling and also psychiatric nursing allowing me to treat the whole person in a holistic manner. This may include therapy and medication/supplements. I believe your healing is nonlinear and curated to each person.

Together we will work toward your wellness and strengthen your ability to stay present and reduce your symptoms. You symptoms are painful and can distract you and sometimes make it difficult to function in your daily life.

My patients are often caregivers and experiencing burnout. They are nurses, veterinarians, therapists and healthcare providers. I have young professionals trying to navigate life. Those struggling with chronic illness and managing work-life balance.

I became a therapist because:

I am inspired by the resiliency of my fellow human beings. I enjoy offering support and guidance.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer medication and therapy in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

More about me and my practice:

I have a Goldendoodle Ari and a Poodle Leo. They will often be in session with me. I do not mind if your pets join you. Right now I only have openings for 30 min follow ups which is usually appropriate for medication and brief therapy only.
