clients say working with me feels: safe, non-judgmental, able to hold space
I have a masters in counseling and also in psychiatric nursing allowing me to treat the whole person in a holistic manner. This may include therapy and medication/supplements. I believe your healing is nonlinear and curated to each person.
Together we can work on: Life Changes, Relationship Changes, Gender Identity, Multicultural Challenges, Women's Health, Work Challenges, illness, chronic pain and illness
My patients are often caregivers and experiencing burnout. They are nurses, veterinarians, therapists and healthcare providers. I have young professionals trying to navigate life. Those struggling with chronic illness and managing work-life balance.
I am inspired by the resiliency of my fellow human beings. I enjoy offering support and guidance.
I offer medication and therapy in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
My dogs (Ari, Leo and Lulu) are sometimes in session. I do not mind if your pets join you. I have availability 7am to 6pm.
