Together we will develop genuine clarity and understanding of the big picture and why you are experiencing what you are experiencing; this sets the stage and informs the healing work we will do together. Then we will collaboratively work toward your healing goals one step at a time, at your own pace.

My clients describe me as patient, compassionate, warm, grounding, and an active-listener. My goal is to make therapy a comfortable space where we can really work through those not-so-comfortable things that get in the way of life's important moments, our goals, as well as our most authentic and productive selves.

I am a VA-trained psychologist with a health psychology and integrated care background, and I am honored to be able to offer all of my specialties through my own private practice.
