My approach is warm, client-centered, and grounded in seeing you as a whole person, not a diagnosis or box to check. I create a calm, supportive space where your nervous system can settle and healing can unfold. I view you as the expert on your lived experience and collaborate with you every step of the way.

Together, we’ll gently explore patterns shaped by trauma, strengthen regulation and coping skills, and release strategies that once protected you but no longer serve you. We’ll identify what your nervous system needs to feel safe, create space for healing, and integrate that work into daily life so change feels embodied and lasting.

Clients often describe me as calm and grounding, with a gentle but steady way of holding them accountable. I bring warmth, humor, and genuine reactions into the room (including expressive faces). I’m open and steady, even with difficult disclosures, creating a space where nothing feels too much to say.

I specialize in working with trauma survivors, individuals with BPD, and LGBTQ+ clients, and I also support those in sex-positive and polyamorous communities. I practice from an intersectional lens, without stigma or assumptions. You won’t have to educate me on your identity; I approach each person as an individual and value the lived experiences you bring.
