Clients often describe me as calm and grounding, with a gentle but steady way of holding them accountable. I bring warmth, humor, and genuine reactions into the room (including expressive faces). I’m open and steady, even with difficult disclosures, creating a space where nothing feels too much to say.

My path to this work was shaped by my own mental health journey and time in therapy. I've experienced firsthand how the therapeutic relationship can heal — or harm. That lived experience gives me an empathy that goes beyond training. Your story is your own, but I show up knowing what it feels like to sit in that chair.
