My approach is strengths-based, relational, and tailored to who is actually in the room with me. I believe people already hold the capacity for growth and alignment. My goal is to support you in cultivating new skills along the way. I aim for safety, authenticity, and humor.

Together, we will establish goals aligned with your wants for your life - working to determine approaches that feel authentic for you. We will learn each other's styles in order to focus on the 'why' of being in therapy, and then learn how to utilize your strengths (or as I like to call them, SUPERPOWERS), to build skills and capacity for growth and change.

My clients would describe me as warm, engaging, creative, humorous, and direct. I believe that therapy works better when it feels human.

I specialize in working with persons who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout. Populations: youth and young adults 11-25; caregivers of children, youth & young adults; helping professionals; adults identifying with LGBTQIA+ community, navigating identity development, polyamory/ethical non-monogamy and other non-traditional family structures.

I became a therapist because our healing journeys are imperative, especially in the world right now, and I understand the strength it takes to overcome anxiety, fear, and stigma in order to seek support along the way. My hope is that I can uplift you to be your most authentic self.

I believe in Aligned Impact over change for the sake of change. Aligning the kind of work that fits who you are, reflects your values, and actually shows up Monday morning, not just in the therapy hour. Therapy with me is a partnership: meeting you where you are, move at the pace that's right for you, and build from there.
