People come to me with whatever is causing them trouble and to feel safe. I listen and have a conversation while using humor to create a comfortable space so they can resolve whatever needs to be resolved. I don't see a diagnosis. I see a person who wants to be themselves without hiding.

Work on whatever you bring to session whether this is communication issues, emotional support, answer questions you have, life stressors, and family stressors, etc. so you can live a life you enjoy. We will learn new ways to deal with stress and how to lessen stress's effects.

Honestly I fell into the profession as originally I wanted to become a teacher. I wanted to help others become stable, to be educated, to be part of something bigger like a community (and work too cause we all need money to live) but that cannot be done if there is a lot of stress and worry which can cause isolation from others. This is where I come in.
