As a person, and as a clinician, my natural communication style is warm, energetic, and responsive. I believe my clients would describe me as a genuine helper!

I support my clients in reaching their goals by establishing a collaborative relationship where we identify what changes are desired and the steps to enact this growth. Identifying goals and building the therapeutic relationship are the top priority of our first session.

I chose the counseling profession because I believe that it's never too late or a waste of time to show up for yourself! Health of the mind is indistinguishable from health of the body. Helping others achieve inner balance brings me joy. I am honored to do the work alongside my clients.

I specialize in supporting individuals navigating mood disorders, anxiety, grief, and OCD, with additional focus on the unique experiences of the LGBTQ+ community, women, and those living with chronic illness/pain.
