I approach each session with curiosity, compassion, and a sense of collaboration. I acknowledge the many "stories" people carry, and in unpacking those stories, I seek to find what the problems in life obscure for you, such as love, confidence, and inner-peace. These represent possibilities we can build upon in our work together.

I see you as the author of your own "story", and together we will work to rewrite a story riddled with doubt or fear into one of hope and change. We will sit and work with the problems in your life to find ways forward towards the change you seek for yourself. To seek out therapy is already the beginning of a new story for you, and that is meaningful.
