I have worked with various populations and have a diverse background including people with relationship problems, trauma, depression and anxiety. I utilize a solutions-focused style that combines CBT techniques with a family systems approach.

We work under the belief of 3 key principles: (1) everyone has the ability to change (2) while we cannot change what happened in the past, we can change how those past events affect us in the present and (3) we are always in charge of our emotions.

My clients describe me as a down-to-earth, straightforward and caring individual. I am by nature very easy to talk to and an extremely good listener.

I specialize in working with individuals and couples experiencing anxiety or depression, and relationship issues. I also possess 20+ years experience working with adolescents struggling with social-emotional and/or behavioral challenges.

I strive to help people gain a greater sense of inner peace. Sometime this can only come through facing problems and issues head-on through teamwork.
