I take great pride in having many clients tell me I'm more open-minded than past therapists they've worked with. I value the therapeutic relationship above all else. I use cognitive-behavioral therapy and EMDR to help you to identify unhelpful beliefs about yourself and recognize how your past influences your present.

Help you feel more comfortable in your own skin. We will help you change relationship patterns to be more authentically yourself and connect better with others. We can help you rebuild trust in your relationships in the aftermath of infidelity. We can help you and your partner(s) learn to communicate better. We can use EMDR to help heal from past trauma.

I work with individuals and couples who want to explore their sexuality and relationship patterns. This includes those in the LGBTQI+ community, those experiencing risky or out-of-control sexual urges and those struggling to break out of unhealthy relationship patterns.

I personally have struggled to become more comfortable with myself. I've experienced anxiety and depression. I've seen how challenging it can be to live in a world that does not understand or support you and am passionate to help other people navigate these situations.
