We will build a trusting relationship. We will explore your patterns of behavior (with a focus on relationships) and identify barriers to making desired changes. We will figure out what motivates you and use that to work toward meaningful change.

I work with those who are experiencing challenges related to their sexuality. This includes those in the LGBTQI+ community, those experiencing risky or out-of-control sexual urges and those struggling to break out of unhealthy relationship patterns.

I am comfortable talking about anything. I often tell my clients: "I won't claim to have heard it all. But I've heard a LOT!"
