I provide private-pay psychological evaluations for adults, including VA Nexus, independent, bariatric surgery, and spinal cord stimulation evaluations. Services may include interviews, records review, testing, and a written report. We’ll discuss your referral question, documentation, process, fees, and fit before scheduling.
