They understand that meaningful change doesn't happen overnight and are prepared to invest time and effort in their personal growth. They recognize that therapy is a journey—sometimes challenging, often enlightening, and ultimately rewarding.

I’m not here to judge or to tell people what they should do. I believe that no one knows the client better than they know themselves. My role is to walk alongside you—offering support, tools, and perspective—while honoring your unique experience and inner wisdom.
