I became a Clinician because I experienced mental illness in my family and know how the healthy family member is affected and takes a toll on them.

I understand how a care giver is affected and needs information, education, support and skills and tools to cope. I teach advocacy and empower relatives of mentally ill to learn to balance caregiver needs and self care.
