Together, we establish a treatment plan tailored specifically to your needs and goals. We explore your personal history, current concerns, and what you hope to achieve through therapy. From there, most clients begin with weekly sessions to build momentum and a strong therapeutic foundation. As progress is made, we may transition to biweekly sessions.

I wanted to create a practice that is grounded in the understanding that how we handle money, how we connect with our partners, and how we experience intimacy are rarely separate issues — and that lasting healing requires addressing all of them.

Fatima holds a Master of Science in Education (MSEd) in Mental Health Counseling from Hunter College and is affiliated with the American Counseling Association (ACA), Chi Sigma Iota Counseling Honor Society, the Financial Therapy Association (FTA), and the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT)
