Together, we’ll figure out what’s weighing on you and what you want to change. We’ll work through trauma, anxiety, PTSD, relationships, or whatever brought you to therapy while building practical tools to help you feel more in control. My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling understood, stronger, and more confident.

My clients often describe me as warm, honest, straightforward, and easy to talk to. I’ll listen without judgment, but I’m also not afraid to gently challenge you when I think it can help. I believe you deserve both compassion and honesty. We’ll celebrate your progress, even when progress feels small.

I became a therapist because I believe people are capable of growth and meaningful change. I love helping clients understand themselves and find it incredibly meaningful to watch someone move from feeling stuck or overwhelmed to feeling confident, understood, and in control of their life. Being trusted with someone’s story is something I never take lightly.

My practice is a place where you don't have to pretend everything is okay. I work with adults dealing with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, relationships, and life transitions. I bring experience, humor when appropriate, honesty, and genuine compassion to my work, and I want therapy to feel like a conversation, not a lecture.
