I primarily work with adults who are navigating life transitions and are working towards understanding how to balance their personal needs with everything else going on in their lives.

I'm a member of Resilience Lab — the largest community of clinicians working collaboratively to produce better outcomes and improve mental health.

I am very passionate about serving my community and use my estheticians license to give free services to single mothers who are preparing for job interviews.
