I primarily work with adults who are navigating life transitions and are working towards understanding how to balance their personal needs with everything else going on in their lives.

I became a therapist because:

I have always had a very kind, compassionate heart and have always been drawn to helping those who are struggling.

I'm a member of the Resilience Lab — the largest community of clinicians working collaboratively to produce better outcomes and improve mental health.
