Together, we’ll figure out what’s weighing on you and what you want to change. We’ll work through trauma, anxiety, PTSD, relationships, or whatever brought you to therapy while building practical tools to help you feel more in control. My goal is for you to leave therapy feeling understood, stronger, and more confident.

My clients often describe me as warm, honest, straightforward, and easy to talk to. I’ll listen without judgment, but I’m also not afraid to gently challenge you when I think it can help. I believe you deserve both compassion and honesty. We’ll celebrate your progress—even when progress feels small.

I became a therapist because I’ve always believed that people are capable of more than they sometimes see in themselves. I find it incredibly meaningful to watch someone move from feeling stuck or overwhelmed to feeling confident, understood, and in control of their life. Being trusted with someone’s story is something I never take lightly.
